Franziska Eulenlehner
B.A. in Education (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München), M.Sc. Applied Psychology (The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen) and state-licensed Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie. For six years I have supported people in difficult life situations: at a secondary school, at an international university and in my own practice.

My approach
We always act within several systems. Depending on the context and on who we are dealing with, we take on different roles and ways of acting. All of this, together with our personality, makes us who we are. That is why I do not see problems as a defect of one person, but in connection with what surrounds them.
When a system tips out of balance, comparable to a mobile that loses its balance, it is often these very dead ends that make a new perspective possible. I meet you as a neutral person, with calm, warmth and empathy, without judging. You decide what we talk about and how far we go; my job is to ask good questions and to make your resources and strengths visible again.
Two years in China and a year in Australia showed me how strongly culture shapes us. I bring this experience into my work with international clients.
