Therapy for teenagers in Munich-Obersendling

Some things are hard to talk about with parents or friends. Here there is room for them: confidential, without judgement and at your own pace.

What it can be about

School stress and pressure to perform

When grades, exams or expectations keep you up at night.

Bullying and cyberbullying

When you are left out, insulted or exposed online.

Arguments in the family

Constant conflict or the feeling of not being understood.

Self-esteem and friendships

When you doubt yourself or don’t know where you belong.

Phone, social media, gaming

When digital worlds take up more space than is good for you.

What comes after school?

Apprenticeship, university, moving out: when the next steps are unclear.

For parents

When it is hard to reach your child right now

Withdrawal, refusing to go to school, arguments about every little thing: parents often feel at a loss. My work focuses on your child. Where helpful, I offer occasional sessions with parents so you can understand what your child needs right now. I do not offer family therapy.

ConfidentialWhat you say stays in the room. At the start we agree together how your parents are involved.
SystemicWe look not only at the problem but at the family, school and friends around it.
When more is neededIf needed, I can refer you to a psychiatrist or to a licensed psychological psychotherapist.
